This includes info on buying designs from me, general boundaries, as well as gray lists, and black lists

General Boundaries:

⭐️ Please don’t ask to be friends if we have never interacted before (would prefer if we started as moots first)⭐️ Please limit interactions if you are under 13⭐️ don’t ask personal info, you don’t need to know any of that + it makes me incredibly uncomfortable⭐️ Do NOT interact if you are anti LGBTQ, anti furry / therian, Z00, or pedo (or support any of it including AI “art”)⭐️ I understand we all have different political views, I just ask if you support trump please limit interactions⭐️ I am a minor please do not do anything weird, doing so will get immediate block + landing you on my black list⭐️ Don’t trace, or repost any of my art. Even if I made it for you please don’t repost it as it’s still a form of art theft⭐️ I’m ok with small inspo

Purchasing comms / owning art:

⭐️ You can not claim any of the art as yours⭐️ If I don’t finish your art piece after a month of me accepting it you can ask for a refund⭐️ Please send payment before I start your comm unless stated otherwise⭐️ I do not always send wips depending on the item you commission ( majority of the time I do however )⭐️ You are free to do whatever you want with the finished art piece (set it as your pfp, banner, etc) as long as you DON’T use it with anything involving AI, NFTs, or NSFW and you credit me⭐️ Please don’t ask about paying less / bargaining my prices UNLESS I say you can or it’s PWYW⭐️ You are only allowed to post it on Toyhouse (for other sites please ask)⭐️ I only take payment though da, I take points and can take usd through widgets

Owning Designs:

⭐️ Please wait one month before selling them⭐️ You cannot sell them for more then you got them for (unless art is added)⭐️ ONLY commissioned art can add to worth⭐️ If you are selling a design of mine I would prefer if you let me know as I may want them back or can help you sell them⭐️ I’m fine with co-owning / split pay but please note I am not responsible for any arguments that happen⭐️ To add on to the above please feel confident in the person you are co-owning with⭐️ I’m fine with redesigns as long as they are still recognizable, please message me if you are unsure if it’s ok⭐️ I can’t really do anything about this but please do not use them for NSFW as again I’m a minor⭐️ You are only allowed to post it to Toyhouse (for other sites please ask)⭐️ You are not allowed to make boot legs / sister designs of any of my designs (even if you own them)⭐️ If you are under 13 you can NOT buy any of my designs⭐️ If you sell any of my designs to a black listed user (or a gray listed one before the month cool down) you will also be gray listed

Gray lists:

Please note this works differently from most gray listsYou get 3 strikes till you are out, meaning I may be adding more people on here and may be more strictIf you are on your first or second strike you could eventually be taken off (depending what you did)After your third strike you will be out on my black listIf you are on this list (no matter what strike) I would prefer if you limit interactions a little. You can not buy any of my stuff one month after being put on here, or getting another strike.Also don’t worry this didn’t mean I hate you, and for the most part we are still on good terms
